Dr Tomasz is an NHS GP and attention trainer, helping people lose weight and keep it off, including after stopping GLP-1 medications.
Over the years he has worked with hundreds of patients âšwho felt trapped in the same loop,âšeating automatically, regretting it later, âštrying to control with willpower alone.
This process grew out of the workâš with neuroscience-based attention training, âša simple way to quiet the brain and change behaviour naturally.
Itâs a 4-day mini-course that helps quiet cravings for chosen foods naturally.
It is part of a attention-training program for weight control, designed for anyone who struggles with cravings, stress-related overeating, or food noise and wants a more sustainable, calmer way to relate to food.
Only about 10 minutes a day in total. Youâll watch a short daily video and then do up to 5-minute awareness practice, a calm moment of broad attention that helps your brain learn the new response to the craving.
No special equipment is required, just a quiet place for five minutes and your curiosity
Thatâs okay, simply pick up again the next day.
Consistency matters more than perfection.
The real progress comes from practising your 5-minute broad-attention exercise daily, even if you miss the video for a day or two.
No.
This isnât a diet, itâs attention training.
Youâll learn how to use awareness to stop cravings before they grow.
The daily 5-minute exercises teach your nervous system calm and control from the inside out.
Most of us live with narrow focus, zoomed in on one thought or craving.
Broad attention is a relaxed, expanded awareness that includes your craving, your body, and the space around you.
When you practise it for 5 minutes a day, your brain learns how to stay calm naturally.
If you do your 5-minute practice every day, most participants notice that:
Cravings for the chosen food significantly soften
Food noise becomes quieter
Meals feel calmer and more satisfying
Eating becomes more conscious and relaxed

This program was a game-changer. It taught me how to effortlessly reduce my cravings without feeling deprived. I also noticed an unexpected bonus: it helped me handle stress and unwanted emotions better!
